Returns and Exchanges for Made to Order Products
If you’d like to return a made to order item please contact us within 10 days of when you received your order. Items must be unused and unworn to get a full refund, including shipping costs. A return shipping label will be provided with each order.
If you’d like to exchange an item please contact us within 30 days of when you received your order. We will gladly make another size for you, please account for our lead time (up to 6 weeks on all clothing and up to 4 weeks on all accessories) which includes a shipping period. A shipping label will be provided for all exchanges.
We will fully refund or exchange items up to 90 days from when it was received if they have any factory flaws (ripped seams, broken zippers, snaps or rivet malfunctions) Please contact us with photos of the damaged item. We will review it and then begin our process to exchange your item.
Please note: If your item has wear and tear from use over a period of over 180 days from when it was received, we are more than happy to repair your item for a service fee. This includes but is not limited to (ripped leather, snaps and rivets falling off, zippers breaking, seam splits, etc). Please contact us with a photo of the repair in question. We will review it and give you an estimate of what it will cost to fix.
We understand that life gets in the way of life sometimes and clothing gets fucked up, it happens. We are here to help, so please contact us with any issues on your items. If you’re an asshole and don’t realize that this is a small business operated by a working class motherfucker, then take you money elsewhere!
